Industry Recognitions

Opening the year 2024, COMCO Southeast Asia, together with its brand / client partner Century Tuna, the leading tuna brand in the Philippines, received nominations in major categories at the well-sought and prestigious international award-giving bodies.

Among the citations conferred to COMCO SEA and Century Tuna are the Best in CSR and Sustainability Award at the Public Relations and Communications Association Asia-Pacific (PRCA-APAC) Awards 2024 and the Gold Award for Best CSR Communications at the Marketing-Interactive PR Awards 2024 for the Save Our Planet, Save Our Seas – The Century Tuna “Saving Our Seas” Campaign, both of which were recently received in Singapore.


New Business Wins

Driving excellence and meaningful storytelling, COMCO Southeast Asia has been appointed as the PR and communications agency of four major Philippine brands and a major international project for 2024.

Among the new accounts that will be handled by COMCO SEA are the direct selling company Personal Collection, home solutions provider Concepcion Midea Incorporated Philippines including Toshiba Home Appliances, and leading foam manufacturer Uratex Philippines for Uratex Monoblock.

COMCO SEA has also been selected by the fast-rising financial institution CIMB Bank Philippines as its PR partner.

One of the major projects of COMCO SEA this quarter is the European Union Delegation’s Sounds of Celebration: Sixty Years of EU-PH Relations this coming April 26.

Expanding its portfolio of clients, COMCO SEA will continue its partnership with long-time clients including JobStreet Philippines, Teleperformance, and European Union Delegation.


New PR and Smart Social & Experience+ Offerings

This 2024, COMCO SEA widens its services by reinforcing its flagship service and brand New PR and Smart Social and launching of Experience+.

Together with COMCO Mundo Group Chief Executive Director and Lead Strategic Communications Counsel/Partner and Co-Founder Ferdinand Bondoy, COMCO SEA will be led by its newest Managing Director Joyce Yu.

Among the services offered by COMCO SEA’s New PR and Smart Social arm are Marketing and Corporate Public Relations, Internal Communications and Employee Relations, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Cause-Related Marketing (CRM), Advocacy and Development Communications, Influencer / KOL Management and Grassroots Communications, Sustainability and Environment Communications, Crisis and Issues Communications, Media, Government and Community Relations. The New PR and Smart Social brand is led by Senior Account Operations Manager and Business Unit Administrator Pro Tempore for Public Relations and Communications / Partner Queenie Resmundo.

Experience+ division covers various Marketing services including Events, Activation and Production, Advertising and Special Media Execution, Media Production, Branding, and Brand Communications. Senior Brand Communications Officer Clarissa Botecario will supervise Experience+.
